Purpose: Founded in 1925 by Dr. Theophilus Elisha McKinney, the National Association of College Deans, Registrars, and Admissions Officers was created for leaders at HBCUs to share opportunities. Today, our purpose is to promote awareness of HBCUs and to showcase career paths  and to plan cost effective conferences that embraces new and innovative ways to work with the students we serve.
