Our Mission
The mission of the National Association of College Deans, Registrars, and Admissions Officers is to promote professional development, training, research, and advocacy for member institutions with best practices in mind for leaders at HBCUs and in other diverse settings in higher education and to expose HBCUs to high school students and counselors across the United States and abroad.
Our Goal
To improve professional competency through sharing common experiences with improvements in mind. To serve as a vehicle for determining and exploring issues and developing efficiency. To share knowledge and insights with newly appointed deans, registrars, and admissions officers. To maintain the heritage, fellowship, and tradition handed down by those who contributed to a full measure of devotion to this organization.
